He can gain power far beyond his ordinary powers, he can have money or possessions, or he can rule that virtual fantasy world.
We must admit that these games can possess the player’s mind. At first, the game is a pleasure but in many cases, the players become obsessed with it especially if it is a great game. The impact of a masterpiece virtual world is very high and losing contact with reality is only one-step away.
The larger the world is, the greater the opportunities for the players are. What makes these games wanted is the pure will of dominion. Feeling this virtual power, the player is absorbed completely into the game. Coming back from work with a bad mood, arguing with a grumpy boss, pulled over by the police, having a quarrel with his wife about her mom coming to dinner are just some of the problems one is facing daily. The idea of leaving it all behind and jumping into the action of your favorite MMORPG is great.

Chaos Warrior Attackers Guide

Chaos Warrior is an online game in playtesting that is alot of fun. It requires a login every day, but only really a few minutes to manage your account and get things done. As such it is a perfect game for me to fill in a few minutes in my lunch breaks, but as with all games I play, I'm quite competitive about it.
Chaos warrior basically is about growing and warring other people. At the moment the growing is a bit too easy, and the warring other people is a bit too hard, but hopefully this guide will help you with the warring other people bit.
Step One is finding a target. Now assuming your kingdom is not at war with anyone, you'll want to hit for the best gains possible. Check your ranking on the World or Island charts and sort by land. Gains are based purely on land. Your ideal target is going to have more land than you and lower networth. Networth is determined by land and military. If someone has the same amount of land and a lower networth, it means your military is superior to theirs. The bigger the disparity the better target they make.
Step Two is getting their intel. The first thing to do is cast Assess Enemy on them. You may need to do this a few times to get through if they have good wizards. Then you need to tally their defense based on the information displayed. For your first few attacks it's handy to have the races window from the guide open, because this gives you the defensive values of thier defspecs and elites. Raw defense is easy to work out:
soldiers + (defensive specialists * 3) + (elites * elite defense)
There's a few things that can modify it. For every 1% of their land that is built as forts they add 1% defense(Use your thieves to survey them to get this info). They can also cast protection which adds 10% to their defense. You should also spy on thier generals to see if their armies are out. If they send out soldiers or elites on an attack, then those units cannot defend their land until they get home.
Once you have worked out their defense you just need to work out what you need to send to break it. The formula is basically the same:
soldiers + (offensive specialists * 3) + (elites * elites offense) + horses
This can then be modified by your battlements(1% battlements gives 2% additional offense) and generals(First general gives no bonus, each additional general gives 5% bonus).
To win you just need more offense than they have defense. I always assume they have protection cast - and this 10% bonus gives my maths or any random factors a little margin of error too. happy attacking(don't attack me).

The writ may be executed by (1) seizing funds of the judgment debtor and delivering them to the judgment creditor, (2) seizing and delivering real or tangible personal property, or (3) seizing and selling real or tangible personal property and delivering the proceeds.Judgment Lien on Real PropertyA judgment lien on real property to enforce a money judgment may be created by recordation. The particular document to be recorded depends on the nature of the money judgment being enforced. When the underlying money judgment is an order for child, spousal, or family support payable in installments, the lien is usually created by recording an Abstract of Support Judgment. The judgment lien is simple and sometimes very effective enforcement method that should not be overlooked. The benefit from the lien is usually realized when the judgment debtor attempts (1) to sell real property in a county in which the document is recorded or (2) to obtain a loan to be secured by real property located in such a county. The prospective purchaser or lender will probably insist that any liens be paid off.Contempt ProceedingsBy statute, contempt proceedings are available to enforce any judgment or order made under the Family Code. If the contempt alleged is for failure to pay child, spousal, or family support, each month for which payment has not been made in full may alleged and punished as a separate count. The limitation period for such a failure is three years from the date the payment was due.Deposit of Assets to Secure Child Support PaymentsIn an order or judgment requiring payment of child support, the court may also require, subject to certain restrictions, that the obligor pay up to one year’s child support, to be known as the “child support security deposit.” When making an order for payment of a child support security deposit the court must direct that the obligor deposit the amount in an interest-bearing account and subject to withdrawal only on court authorization. Furthermore, the court must order the obligor to supply evidence of the deposit.Penalties for Unpaid Child SupportThe California Family Code provides for substantial monetary penalties for unpaid child support. The penalties are intended to be applied in “egregious instances of noncompliance with child support orders.”Attorney’s feesThe California Family Code also provides that the court may order the non custodial parent pay attorney’s the custodial parent’s attorney’s fees for having to bring enforcement proceedings.Don’t Sit on your Rights to Collect!One of the most important things a custodial parent should know about the enforcement of child support, is the serious risk in losing one’s right to collect if enforcement proceedings are not pursued in a timely fashion. During the past five years California courts have rendered numerous opinions holding the doctrine of laches applies to child and spousal support arrears and have precluded custodial parents from collecting where they have waited too long. (See Marriage of Plescia (1997) 59 CA4th 252.)The doctrine of laches is an equitable defense that allows parents who have not paid child support to plead with the court to not enforce the arrears, since the custodial parent’s dely unfairly prejudiced them.Thus, it is paramount that custodial parents enforce their rights to collect in a timely fashion. It is advisable for custodial parents who are having difficulty collecting child support to be proactive and to take legal action immediately.

Get ready, a cooking revolution is at the kitchen door. What the cell phone did for the telecommunication industry, induction cooking is now doing for the food industry. While the technology has been around for decades, in recent years it has been greatly improved upon, already taking hold in Europe and Japan. There can be no doubt that magnetic induction promises to be the most attractive cooking option on the market. In this article we will discuss how induction cooking works, how it differs from electric and gas stovetops, and explain the advantages and disadvantages of the new technology.Up until now, there have been two basic methods of cooking food. Both methods follow the same basic principles. In the chemical method, a combustible material-such as wood, coal, or gas-is burned to generate heat; while the electrical method accomplishes the same thing by running a current through a coil, or more recently, a halogen-filled bulb. (A third, oven-only option for generating heat needed for cooking is microwaving, which generates the heat within the food itself.) Low temperatures work as well as high ones-meaning you can toss out your double boiler! One experiment showed chocolate chips melting at such a low temperature they held their shape until spread with a spoon. Induction warmers are great for caterers as well, since they hold low temperatures and keep food warm better than any of the alternatives.Unfortunately there are a couple big disadvantages to induction stoves. For the pan to conduct energy it must be magnetic-that is, it must contain iron. Therefore, cast-iron and steel pots and pans are necessary. Test your cookware by passing a magnet across the pan. If the magnet sticks, the pan will work. Some cookware, made with layers of aluminum and copper for distribution, will still work beautifully on an induction cook top, as long as the surface of the pan is steel.The second disadvantage is unavailability. For some reason, induction cooking has been slower to take off in America than it has across the Atlantic. Therefore, it's still hard to find, and models are more expensive. John 10:10 tells us that Jesus died that we may have life and have life abundantly. The devil wants us to settle for the crumbs that fall from the table. Do not accept what the enemy wants for you! Jesus said in Luke 10:19, "You have been given power and authority over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means harm you." As Christians, we are children of the Most High God, set apart and made holy by the blood of the Lamb and "Greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world" (1 John 4:4). Our attitude should be, "I am a king's kid and I deserve the best! I am born again, adopted into the family of God, and joint-heirs with Christ. What is His, is mine (Rom 8:17, Gal 3:29), and I decide right now to commit myself to a better way of life." Insist that you will not live like a dog settling for the crumbs that fall from the table. Pull up your chair to the table, take your rightful place, and feast with the king. After all, you are a child of the Most High God!

Do You Operate in Fear or Faith?

The greatest tool the enemy uses against us in life is fear, because fear keeps us from doing many of those things we would like to do in order to make our lives, and the lives of others, more complete and prosperous. Since we are born with only a few fears like the fear of falling and the fear of loud noises, all other fears are learned. The fear of failure, the fear of rejection, and even a fear of success are all learned fears and are really just lies from the devil. Naturally, God wants us to live abundant and prosperous lives, but the devil is not going to just step aside and watch while God outrageously prospers us. The devil’s whole purpose is to kill, steal, and destroy (John 10:10), and the best way he is able to do this is by causing us to doubt and fear. One important thing to understand is the fact that doubt always precedes fear. If the enemy can get us to doubt and give in to it, it will then grow into fear. And even though fear can sneak up on us fast, it doesn't have to paralyse us. It's then that our courage can get us through. How do we develop true courage? Ephesians 6:11 says, “Put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” Truth, righteousness, preparation to share the gospel, faith, salvation, and the Word of God is the armor. Verse 16 says, “Above all, take the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the enemy.” It's important to understand the power of faith in God's Word because fear is such a massive thought force competing for control of our minds. Just know, faith is much stronger. We can cancel out fear with faith because there is no force in this world more powerful than faith, and the most amazing things can happen as a result of it. Faith is a shield. When the devil’s lies come at us in the form of fear, we must know what God’s Word says concerning our circumstances in order to quench that fear. Unfortunately, too many Christians are ignorant of the power of faith, so they only operate in fear, which is the exact opposite. We cannot operate in a spirit of faith and a spirit of fear at the same time. We will flow in one or the other. We must oppose the spirit of fear and close the door on the devil so we may move forward with God’s plan for our lives. As Faith is our shield (our defense), God’s Word is our Sword (our offense). That means we must not only believe God’s Word, but we must also speak it. Our words are containers of power. When all hell is coming against us, we need to hold fast to the confession of our faith and say what the Word says in light of our situation instead of what the circumstances look like or how they make us feel. Not speaking the positive report of God’s Word is the reason why so many believers fall short of receiving God’s best and continue to live in fear. 2 Corinthians 4:13 says, “I believed, and therefore have I spoken.” By speaking negative words we are operating in fear and are in agreement with the devil. The door then remains open for him to produce the very conditions we are speaking. Instead, speak the promises of God in faith by getting into agreement with Him. Again, the greatest tool the enemy uses against us in life is fear, but we can quench the firey lies of the enemy by faith and eventually see God’s promises fulfilled in our lives.

BECAUSE JESUS IS, I AM

The title of this article is taken from I John 4:17: “As Jesus is, so are we in this world." Translated, this says, "Because Jesus is, I am." Remember the purpose of the gospel is to transform our thinking, as Romans 12:1-2 says. It is designed to change our thinking from earthly thinking to eternal thinking. It is to transform our thoughts from human thoughts to God's thoughts.Also, keep in mind that ‘eternity’ is much more than just future. It is the eternal past and future, which includes the earthly here and now. Ephesians 1:4 says God chose us before the foundation of the world. That is past tense. Hebrews 13:8 says Jesus is the same, yesterday, today, and forever.The gospel of the finished work of Christ shows us is who we are in Jesus. Thus, the scripture we are looking at today tells us that as Jesus is, WE are. This is a big spiritual paradigm for most Christians to embrace. This is because our minds are consumed with who we are in the natural, not in the spiritual. But the truth is that if we will see ourselves in the spiritual, as God sees us, then we will become more spiritual, and less natural. “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.”The gospel is: (1) all God has done for us in the finished work of the cross of Christ, and (2) who we are in Jesus because of that finished work. With this in mind, let the seed of today’s scripture be planted deep inside you, and see it for what it says -- emphasizing each word. AS Jesus is, so am I in this world! As JESUS is, so am I in this world! As Jesus IS, so am I in this world! As Jesus is, SO am I in this world! As Jesus is, so AM I in this world! As Jesus is, so am I in this world! As Jesus is, so am I IN this world! As Jesus is, so am I in THIS world! As Jesus is, so am I in this WORLD!When you think about it in the natural, this verse defies human logic. This is true of ALL the gospel. The gospel is ‘the wisdom of God,’ and it is very different from human or worldly wisdom we hear so much of. Thus the gospel is meant to transform our thinking from natural to spiritual ways of seeing. This is seeing with ’gospel eyes.’ As Paul says in II Corinthians 4:4, Satan will do anything to keep us from seeing spiritual reality with gospel eyes -- from God's perspective.We are called believers. As such, our job is to believe what God says. Again, Jesus’ very first sermon was, “Repent and believe the gospel” (Mark 1:15). When we have faith in the gospel, Hebrews 4:2 says it is of untold PROFIT to us. Jesus says our ‘work’ is to believe what God SAYS, not what we THINK (John 6:29).

VoIP security has been called in question recently, though there is little evidence to indicate that VoIP security is any less than conventional telephony systems. VoIP voice data is transmitted via a packet-switched data network using IP. VoIP systems can carry a significant higher number of calls, and very much faster, than traditional PSTN networks due to compression of the voice packets, modern broadband technology and a number of other gateway developments which have reduced the previous packet delivery problems to an extent that the protocol is now a viable mainstream telephony solution to most business needs. VoIP security should therefore be shown to be at least as effective as that of traditional telephone systems. There is actually very little difference between VoIP security and that required for any other type of data transmission system. Look on it the same as you do your email system. The same as your office LAN if you have one. You probably have a system in operation whereby only authorized personnel can use certain aspects of the network. VoIP security can, and do, use the same techniques. However, having said that, let’s have a look at potential weak points in VoIP security that budding hackers may see as good points of attack. IP PBX CALL MANAGEMENT BOXES PBX stands for Private Branch Exchange, and is piece of software running on a server. It’s function is to deal with all the switches and connections involved in the telephone system. These can be attacked by hackers or viruses which could compromise sensitive data. VoIP security systems are designed with this risk in mind. PBX equipment should be placed behind firewalls, locked down and regularly monitored for unwarranted intrusions using intrusion-detection software. It is also possible to put the server in a different domain from the rest of the system, making it much more difficult for intruders to reach. PBX security is a basic aspect of VoIP security systems GATEWAYS AND DATA PACKETS The gateway’s job is to convert voice to data packets, transmit them then receive and convert the packets back into voice. These are a potential VoIP security risk in that thy can be hacked into unless there is an access-control system in place to prevent unauthorized people from accessing the system. VoIP calls should only be permitted to specific people, and most good VoIP security systems allow only authorized user to operate VoIP systems under password control. The data packets themselves can be hacked into using data-sniffing techniques. This can be a serious VoIP security risk and packet sniffers, as they are often called, capture binary data passing through your network and can reroute it to a computer on another network for decoding into a readable form. In order to do this, the ‘sniffers’ has to be on the same network wire as the packet is using to reach its destination. The problem in installing an effective VoIP security system is that there is usually a lot of information passing at any one time, and the hacker has a higher probability of getting useful information than from a conventional telephone system. Encrypting VoIP traffic and routing it through a virtual private network would reduce the VoIP security risk, and most corporate systems have multiple encryption layers for external messages. Internal security could be improved by running internal VoIP messages through this corporate network. Small businesses should seek the advice of their supplier, or of a security expert if they feel that they may be subject to such attacks. However, VoIP security advisors can point small to medium companies in the right direction. Corporate VoIP security is generally not so much problem in that it is normally contracted out to expert advisers. In the final analysis, however, there are no real differences between VoIP security and the normal security concerns associated with any data network service, such as normal office internet and email LANs. The security firewalls and restricted access to use, common on these systems, should suffice to deal with VoIP security

Does your business dictate a laptop or a desktop computer? If you make frequent presentations on the road, a laptop is a must. If you want something that is on the highest end of processor power, you should consider a desktop computer. Desktop computers always run higher on processing power than laptops. Laptops require miniaturization and, as such, take longer to develop. Hence, they are always behind the power curve. Will this computer be acting as a server? Will it "serve" up files to other computers on your network. If that's the case, you won't be wanting to take that out of the office. That would disconnect users from their data. And that's a no-no.The Price PointNever ever go after a computer based on an initial price. Most brand name computer manufacturers have learned a marketing trick. They put a computer sticker price at the lowest possible price. But this price will not be the price you will pay. Unless you want the barest bones computer you can imagine. You will almost always end up paying hundreds more than the initially quoted price once you're done. It's just a sneaky way to get you "in the door." They will give you everything you don't need. This gives the illusion of value. But really that software will just bloat your system. You only need a few pieces of software really. Obviously, there is the operating system, or OS. This will most likely be Windows. Then you need an office suite. Again, this will most likely be a Windows based product like Office. As a sidenote, you may want to look at Openoffice(openoffice.org). It's free and is compatible with Microsoft Office. Just make sure you get the right version of Office. This is especially true of Powerpoint, Microsoft's presentation software. Not all versions have Powerpoint included.Don't get bogged down in all the options. Five Rules for Negotiating Online. Negotiating online is different from communicating in person. First of all, it is not done in real time. Communicating online is by definition a delayed process. One party sends an email and then waits for a response. Since you cannot see or hear the other person, you are getting all your cues from the online message. Because you are typing and thinking at the same time, it is easy to make mistakes which only get noticed after you have already sent it. Here are five rules that apply to negotiating via email. 1) Set the tone. When you are sending your messages by email, that is the only thing the other side sees. The other party cannot see your face or look at your body language. Your emails will set the tone. Do not write everything in CAPITAL LETTERS. That is like shouting and is considered to be very rude. Be careful with expressions like LOL (laughing out loud), smiley faces, funny noises or anything else that might be amusing with your friends, but not professional when setting the tone for a negotiation 2) Say what you want. This is particularly appropriate for online negotiation because you are dealing only with emails. You cannot hesitate as you might in person. You must be clear and direct so there are no misunderstandings. Emails can sound cold to the reader so be careful not to be too clinical. However, trying to be comical can fall flat on a written page. Remember the other side cannot see your body language to get cues. The recipient can also be offended if the email looks carelessly written because of all the grammar and spelling errors. It sets a tone that you don’t care and are not professional. 3) Everyone needs an editor. If you have read some of your emails after the fact, you know that it is easy to make typing mistakes. However, they are not easily spotted when you do your first proofread. Once you have sent your email, it may be too late. You can create more problems for yourself if you are dealing with damage control because of an email full of mistakes. It is a good idea to put an email away and review it the next day for errors before sending it out. You will be surprised what mistakes you might find today that you could not see yesterday! 4) Don’t rush or be too slow The pace of an online negotiation is very different from being in the same room. Don’t be too slow by not answering the emails in a timely manner. If one party takes too long to answer an email, the other party can lose interest altogether. On the other hand, you don’t want the other party to think you are waiting at your computer for their next message. Even if you feel you are on a roll, put some distance in time between messages. You do not want to appear too eager so the other party may think that you are desperate to settle. 5) Keep track of your paperwork. Keeping track of the paperwork is very important when negotiating online. In a face to face negotiation, the other side can quickly forget exactly what was said. With emails, either party can go back and see exactly what was written. Be sure to read previous emails to know what the agreement is before responding. If you don’t, the other side will, and you may be embarrassed if they have to correct you. If you follow these Rules, you will be negotiating online like a Pro.
